We’re really excited you’re here!

To get to this point, you will have submitted your application and validated steps taken for certification. If any remaining documents are needed from you, we will reach out via email.

Please complete your onboarding to Teacup by following these steps.

Step 1 – Sign contract

Step 2 – Submit tax info

Taxes: We will send an email invite for you to submit your W9 info for 1099 status. Please tell us which email to use for the W9 by completing the form below, and then watch for an email from us at our hello@teacupwellness.org account.

Step 3 – Provide info to pay you

Receive Payments: Teacup Wellness uses Zelle from our Chase business account to pay our contract coaches.

Zelle allows use of an email or mobile number to connect payments to your bank account.

Please let us know which contact to use so we can submit payments to you.
