Our mission is to guide all on a journey to discovering their highest potential, and unlimited nature by becoming a community resource for physical, emotional, and mental health and well-being.
I work collaboratively with each client t during sessions. Each session lasts for 60 minutes, and can be conducted over the phone or via Zoom. Scheduling depends on client's schedule, and is worked out ahead of time to support consistency. This is very important to gain progress and achieve client-driven goals.
