Initial 501c3 application was submitted to LegalZoom on May 12, 2021.
One week later, LegalZoom informed us that they had to cancel our submission due to current Covid limitations with the IRS for filing long-form paper submissions (paper is the only format LegalZoom is permitted to use with the IRS for long-form submissions).
Our projected revenue in any of the first 3 years exceeds $50,000. If we anticipated annual revenue under $50,000, we would have qualified for the short-form electronic submission.
Payment was refunded and Anne will continue by filing directly to the IRS via electronic submission. Final filing materials will be shared here once complete, and updates provided as they unfold.

Goods and Services

- Each coach e-signs a contract with Teacup Wellness, agreeing to adhere to our code of ethics, terms of use, and HIPAA regulations regarding client confidentiality.
- Our coaches are certified wellness professionals, many with doctorates and masters degrees in healthcare and related fields.
- We interview and collect scans of all relevant credentials from each coach to verify qualifications.
- If a coaching license is required in the coach’s jurisdiction, then a scan of that license is provided to Teacup Wellness.
- As part of our onboarding process, we securely collect W9 information from each coach.
- Our coaches complete a profile that describes their backgrounds, qualifications, and services so clients can make a selection using criteria such as wellness specialty, language, region, or other criteria.
