I enjoy working with everyone, but keeping Active Agers moving is very important to me. Moms who have to learn how to take some me time are also close to my heart as I'm a mother of two!

Pantry makeovers, we take some time to dig through your pantry and decide what will stay and what needs to go.  

Grocery tour (virtual) we set up your shopping list, build a menu from the list and we discuss areas of the store to avoid.

I have a BS in Exercise Science, ACE certified Personal Trainer and Health & Wellness Coach, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, 200 hour Yoga Teacher, WaterArt Water Aerobics instructor, Exercise is medicine ACSM credentials and  Corrective Exercise Specialist (June 2021).

(KE) CaSondra is passionate about health and wellness. She offers a wide range of exercise classes that can be watched via video from the comfort of your home. Her classes are beginner friendly because she explains moves in depth as she goes making exercise classes over video possible!

 

(SM) Casondra's exercise and workout programs are excellent for senior citizens. She can also work with individual needs, to include proper exercise programs for people recovering from injury or surgery. I have personally lost over 60 pounds working out with her water aerobic classes and keeping the weight off by using her online weekly classes for over 12 years. She uses a variety of Palates, Tai Chi, Yoga and stretching exercises that are easy to follow online. I would recommend her classes to everyone who wants to improve their mobility and agility to feel alive again. Casondra also offers health and wellness coaching. She brings sunshine and better health to all who join in her exercise classes.
